As the first IBJJF Absolute champion to win by submission, especially with a foot lock, they talk about how the culture of cross training has changed dramatically over the years; from training in different disciplines to training in other academies.
They also get into the history of fixed matches in BJJ, how it was like coaching and training with Brock Lesnar, and what things Comprido would change in BJJ today.
